Yoga Teacher

Athena started practicing yoga while she worked at creative industry as an animator in 2017. Her love of nature took her to Bali where she completed her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. She likes to combine creative sequencing, a sprinkle of playfulness and a dose of inspiration. Her class focus on the fluidity of the body as well as working on building inner strength. Leaving your body feeling free like a stream, but powerful as the waves in the ocean.
