Denise is a former professional dancer in ballet and contemporary whose yoga journey began during her injury rehabilitation. She discovered yoga as a powerful practice that contributes to her physical, mental, and overall well-being, helping her cultivate strength and inner peace. After navigating major injuries in her dance career, Denise now embraces a more wholesome and sustainable approach to movement. In addition to teaching yoga, Denise is a dance and movement instructor who completed her professional dance training in Belgium. She also holds a Bachelor in Health and Wellness.
Her classes emphasise on mind-body connection, breath awareness, and building a strong physical foundation that includes strength, flexibility, and mobility. Denise is dedicated to creating an empowering practice with safe alignment, aiming to support individuals on their health and wellness journeys.
