Yoga Teacher

Michelle grew up in Vancouver Canada with the most stunning background: the Rocky Mountains as her playing ground for hikes and ski trips. In pursuit of a challenge she moved to Hong Kong in 2014 and it didn't take long before she realized her finance job caused her more stress than joy in life. She spent hours releasing her frustrations on a yoga mat and at the gym and always felt more relaxed and motivated after her workouts. That's when Michelle recognized she could help others find enjoyment in exercising and began her coaching journey.

Today, Michelle is a Certified 500 Hours Registered Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Nutrition Coach with Precision Nutrition, and Pre & Postnatal Coach with GGS.

Michelle offers strength training, flexibility/mobility work, core stability, pre/postnatal care and nutrition coaching. You'll find Michelle with a huge smile on her face beaming ear to ear because she loves what she does and the difference she can make in your life!

She offers classes in both English and Mandarin.
