Stella teaches from a combination of hatha yoga, flow, pranayama and meditation to create space for you to move and feel through the wholeness of being. Alongside yoga, she is trained in Thai massage and bodywork.

Stella thrives on the vibration of connection – with travel, nature and people. Through her classes, you can build a practice of embodiment, support, and play to experience that aliveness and richness within yourself.
