A dynamic practise focused on strengthening and toning, awakening small neglected muscles that we hardly use, all while stretching and lengthening our entire body. Be prepared to try out some basic arm balances and inversions - don’t worry, multiple progressions and variations will be provided.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
