This class begins with a flow to warm up the muscles, and moves into longer holds and techniques on both active and passive stretches. Modifications will be given to beginners.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
