Mobility Flow takes a different approach to how we move the human body, combining familiar yoga asanas and transitions with mobility training principles from the Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) method to teach you how to flow more intelligently and stably on the mat. Expect to ‘go deeper’ into your body (as well as your poses, but that’s not the main focus) painlessly with awareness by learning how to increase active range of motion in your joints, building strength and control even in continuous movement.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
