Yin yoga stretches the muscles, connective tissues and fascia of the body. The practice helps to improve flexibility as well as increase blood circulation in the joints, whilst directly stimulating bone and joint areas. Practitioners will experience long held deep stretches between 1-5 minutes. We will work in conjunction with Restorative Yoga, a practice that helps you down-regulate your nervous system through passive stretching. Props will be used to support your body to allow for deep relaxation.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
