A healing practice focused on rehabilitating the body. Attention to alignment and detailed instructions are combined with asanas and movement techniques to bring the body back to health. Class will end with a myofascial release session that helps release tension, tightness and blockage.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
