An alignment based class focused on building the knowledge and techniques of the fundamental asanas (poses). Poses are held longer with the purpose of building awareness and stability. Pranayama and Meditation are included in the beginning and at the end of class. Props such as the wall, blocks and straps are used to gain sensitivity of ones body without over stretching. Suitable for beginner and intermediate students.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
