A dynamic practice focusing on stimulating blood circulation and the digestive system with the purpose of detoxification of the body. Students will learn different twisting postures, bends and various stretches using the abdominal muscles to release congestion from the body. Stimulating Kriyas (Cleansing breath practices) such as Kapalabhati (Skull-Shining Breath) and Nauli will be practised throughout class.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
