Strengthen the core muscles to build strength and stability around the mid section of the body. The practice aims to build core awareness one muscle group at a time, strengthening underworked muscles. Props will be used.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
