A dynamic practice focused on moving the body with the breath. This class builds upon the foundation of a beginners’ class to take onto more challenging postures and sequences. How to ‘Gracefully Transition’ is explored with great precision and technique. Arm balances and Inversions are taught. The class ends in Yoga Nidra to allow for the peaceful surrender of mind, body and breath.
Late policy
To maintain a peaceful environment and keep the schedule running smoothly, you may not enter the meditation room after the class has started. You may cancel your reservation with no charge 24h before the class. After that point, it is your responsibility to arrive to class on time. We will not provide a refund if you register and do not make it to class.
